About the Role

As a Control Operator at Prevail Security Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of assigned facilities through vigilant monitoring, coordination, and communication. Your duties will include:

  • Monitoring security systems and surveillance equipment

  • Dispatching officers and responding promptly to alarms or incidents

  • Conducting routine patrols and site inspections

  • Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and digital reports
