high-profile commercial property in Westchase Houston. This site includes multiple Class-A high-rise office towers and garages.

About the Role
We are seeking a polished, professional, and dependable
Lobby Security Officer to serve as the first point of contact for a Class-A high-rise office building. This position requires a strong customer service mindset, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to maintain a visible security presence in a corporate environment frequented by executives, tenants, and visitors.
The Lobby Security Officer plays a critical role in ensuring safety, access control, and a positive first impression for the property.
Key Responsibilities
Lobby & Access Control
- Monitor and control access through the main lobby entrances
- Verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and enforce access protocols
- Prevent unauthorized entry into tenant floors and restricted areas
Customer Service & Professional Presence
- Greet tenants, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide directions, tenant information, and general assistance
- Maintain a calm, approachable, and authoritative presence at all times
Surveillance & Monitoring
- Monitor CCTV systems, lobby activity, and alarm panels
- Identify and report suspicious behavior or security concerns
Incident Response
- Respond promptly to emergencies including medical situations, fire alarms, disturbances, or security incidents
- Notify Security Manager, building management, dispatch, and emergency services as required
Patrol Support
- Conduct limited interior patrols of the lobby, common areas, and building perimeter as assigned
- Observe and report safety hazards or maintenance issues
Reporting & Documentation
- Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports
- Document incidents, daily activity logs, and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
