Job Summary
Berman Security Agency, LLC is seeking experienced and professional Security Officers. These positions are responsible for the surveillance and protection of our premises, as well as ensuring the safety of our residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain a visible and professional presence while on post or conducting patrols
  • Demonstrate knowledge of assigned property and effectively engage with residents, guests, and employees
  • Protect company assets and preserve the confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Promote a respectful and collaborative team environment
  • Respond to complaints and emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Handle accidents and emergencies, including contacting EMS, providing First Aid/CPR when necessary, and completing incident reports
  • Operate motor vehicles as required for patrol or job duties
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Answer telephones using proper etiquette
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of security experience; prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • For driving positions
    • A valid Driver’s License
    • At least one year of driving experience
    • Clean driving record
  • CPR/First Aid/AED Certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, and sound judgment
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work any shift as required.
  • Compliance with state/local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required
