Security Supervisor - Full -Time

Location: Harrisonburg, VA 2802

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 4p-12am

Job Summary: The Security Supervisor will assist staff in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees. The officer will monitor activity and respond to security alarms while providing professional customer service.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor activity to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Observe visitor and employee behavior for suspicious activity and report concerns to management.
  • Respond to exit door alarms and politely verify receipts when alarms are activated.
  • Conduct routine patrols throughout the building and surrounding areas to identify potential security concerns.
  • Document incidents, suspicious activity, and security concerns in written reports.
  • Work closely with store management and staff to address safety or security issues.
  • Provide professional customer service while enforcing store policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
