Job description

Titan Security is currently hiring a Security Receptionist / Dispatcher to work at a location in Burns Harbor, Indiana. 

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet and assist employees and visitors, in a friendly and efficient manner, leaving a positive first impression.
  • Ensure visitors and vendors are properly signed in prior to accessing the building.
  • Identify all employees and/or visitors upon arrival.
  • Monitor CCTV camera systems within the facility.
  • Dispatch Patrol Officers to locations.
  • Answer regular phones and emergency phones.
  • Monitor alarm panels.
  • Respond to incidents including property emergencies.
  • Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Previous experience in security dispatching is preferred.
  • Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.

Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.

Preferred Certifications: NRC Certification.
