Security Operations Center – Operator (2nd Shift: 2PM–11PM) – Jacksonville, TX
Starting Pay: $18/hour
Position Overview
As an SOC Operator, you’ll play a direct role in protecting our stores by monitoring live activity across the country from our Jacksonville, TX SOC and taking real-time action using in-store technology to deter suspicious behavior and prevent theft.
SOC Operators don’t just observe – they take action in real time to stop theft in progress while supporting store teams, influencing behavior, and reducing loss.
This is a fun, team-driven environment where focus, awareness, and communication matter, with collaboration across SOC teams in Texas and Florida. The best fit for this role is someone who enjoys staying engaged, working as part of a team, and taking an active role in supporting store operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV activity to identify theft and support case development
- Communicate in real time with store teams and Loss Prevention partners
- Escalate incidents to law enforcement when necessary
- Document incidents in our internal Case Management System
- Review reports and analyze activity to identify potential fraud or theft
- Maintain focus and awareness during extended monitoring periods
- Report CCTV or system concerns to leadership
- Support team objectives and complete additional tasks as assigned

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task and maintain focus for extended periods
- Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm under pressure
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Physical Requirements
Requires extended screen time, visual focus, and standard office activities (sitting, typing, communicating).
