The Security Camera Operator plays an important role in protecting the safety, security, and integrity of the property. This position helps maintain awareness of activity across the premises through active monitoring of surveillance systems, communication with leadership, and timely response to concerns or incidents. Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of security-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Prior experience in security operations, CCTV monitoring, dispatch, or operations centers preferred.
  • Hospitality, hotel security, or multi-property security experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate computer systems, security monitoring software, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information or security footage.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
  • Current CPR Certification and valid driver's license preferred.
  • New Mexico Security Guard License or ability to obtain one preferred.
  • Alcohol Server License preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the property for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
