Responsibilities

Surveillance Monitoring: Diligently observe live and recorded footage from surveillance cameras to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

Incident Reporting: Identify and document any unusual activities or security breaches, and communicate immediately with security personnel and management.

System Checks: Regularly inspect all CCTV equipment to ensure proper functioning and promptly report any malfunctions.

Coordinate with Security Team: Work closely with on-ground security teams to provide real-time information and support during potential incidents.

Data Management: Maintain organized records of surveillance activities and incident logs for future reference.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to current monitoring practices and stay updated with the latest security technology trends.


Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education in security systems is a plus. And an ACTIVE Nevada PILB card.

Skills: Excellent observational skills with the ability to identify and report anomalies swiftly.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on monitoring and recording incidents accurately.

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and report issues.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CCTV and security systems software and hardware.

Shift Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making abilities to handle unexpected situations effectively.
