Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years of security-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Prior experience in security operations, CCTV monitoring, dispatch, or operations centers preferred.
- Hospitality, hotel security, or multi-property security experience strongly preferred.
- Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate computer systems, security monitoring software, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information or security footage.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Current CPR Certification and valid driver's license preferred.
- New Mexico Security Guard License or ability to obtain one preferred.
- Alcohol Server License preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the property for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
