  • POSITION STATUS:
    • This position is PART-TIME, hourly
    • Work hours will be 9:00 PM - 4:00 AM, including weekends and holidays
  • PAY RATE:
    • $18/hr.
    • Weekly Pay – every Friday
  • REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
    • At least one full year of airfield ramp supervisory experience in ground handling or cabin cleaning, is required.
  • REQUIRED CERTIFICATES & LICENSES:
    • Valid driver's license for at least 1 full year, with clear driving record.
    • Previous airfield driving experience is required.
    • Airport security badge - must be able to attain an airport security badge during the hiring process and maintain an active badge for the duration of employment, without lapse at any time.
    • Attaining an airport security badge is an essential function of this position, you will be required to go through the airport's process to obtain an airport security badge, which allows you access to all areas in which Flightline Support Group LLC operates. This is an airport requirement for you to access the airfield where all work is completed.
  • WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
    • The Airfield Supervisor guides and is responsible for the production, safety, and performance of employees. Engage with employees to complete all daily tasks for the department. Coordinate day-to-day activities of crew, train/coach new employees, observe work procedures, perform and inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality, efficiency, and safety standards. Completes daily shift reports documenting completed work, any accidents/injuries, or issues/incidents.
    • Manually remove and replace fabric aircraft seat covers and deep clean leather aircraft seat covers.
    • Leather and fabric seat covers must be stretched, pulled, and tugged repeatedly and forcibly to ensure a secure fit.
    • Clean up the workspace following each service.
    • Practice safe work methods and perform other related duties as requested.
    • Follow all company policies and procedures.
    • Be physically present at work on all scheduled days/times to meet workload productivity standards.
  • MUST-HAVES:
    • Language skills: Proficient English required.
    • Able to take direction from supervisory staff.
    • Able to follow airline-specific guidelines with tasks pertaining to the seat care management process.
    • Safety conscious work approach is required.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Must be physically capable to execute the duties of this labor-intensive position.
    • Must be able to perform repetitive upper body movement while pulling 50 lbs. constantly and over 50 lbs. occasionally.
    • Other constant movements: Bending, Handling/fingering, Reaching, Repetitive movement, Squatting/kneeling, Standing, Walking, Overhead pushing/pulling, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
