Unarmed Security Consultant (Vehicle/Foot Patrol) INDEPENDENT SUBCONTRACTOR

35 hour contract = 18 month contract ($700.00).
30 or less hour contract = 18 month contract ($20.50).

CERTIFICATES, LICENSE BADGES ETC, LLC, INSURANCE ARE REQUIRED IN THIS COUNTY.

Responsibilities:
  • An Unarmed Security Consultant vendor's responsibilities are and are not limited to vehicle patrolling and monitoring a given location such as a job site, property, etc. You must have your vehicle for this position.
  • Open availability.
  • Place warning stickers/tickets on unauthorized vehicles and vehicles in violation.
  • They are to report via email all damages, suspicious activity, any property rights that are not functioning properly, illegal dumping of trash, and furniture, safely detour negative activity on the property, etc, inspect the sprinkler/electric rooms, take photos and attach to emails, report potholes, detour negative issues, etc, prevent damages to the property.
  • Other requirements are all explained in detail.

Qualifications:
  • The independent contractor must have their own vehicle and valid full coverage insurance to complete the assignments with an LLC.
  • Read and understand the English language.
  • The independent contractor must have a valid driver's license.
  • Cell phone.
  • Own work email.
  • Insurance Required.
  • Proof of declaration documents is required.
  • Security License/Security Badge.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Email Literate.
  • Professionalism & Forthcoming Honesty.

Pay:
  • Weekly pay.
  • $700.00 (A.Q.) TAKE HOME PAY.
  • 35 Hours Weekly.
  • Pay dates are Sundays/Monday.
  • Independent contract must submit detailed invoices weekly.
  • The pay rate increase negotiatable.
  • Independent Contractor must have their own tools for the job.
  • Proof of declaration documents is required.
  • Security License/Security Badge.

Schedule Mandatory:
  • On-Call Days.
  • Staggered/Scattered Days and Hours.
