Job Description Job Description Remote HR Rep - Badge Administrator 100% Virtual $15.50/hr W2 The Badge Administrator supports the Enterprise Physical Identity and Access Management Team by executing day?to?day operations related to physical access control, badge issuance, and identity lifecycle management. This role ensures that employees, contractors, and visitors receive accurate and authorized access while maintaining strict adherence to security policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Utilize Physical Access Control (PAC) systems and associated badge printers to create, manage, and maintain physical access credentials.
Assist employees and contractors in obtaining proper physical access and badges, ensuring accuracy, legitimacy, and compliance of all access requests submitted through the ticketing system. Follow all established processes and procedures for creating, approving, and distributing physical access badges. Input, renew, modify, and deactivate access permissions and badge records within PAC systems.
Add new personnel to PAC systems and ensure proper onboarding workflows are followed. Perform basic analysis and troubleshooting of physical access issues; escalate complex or unresolved matters to Physical Security Management as needed. Maintain required documentation, including reports, approvals, written orders, and audit records.
Support physical security projects and initiatives as assigned. Execute additional duties as directed by Physical Security Management. Core Responsibilities Contribute to both short?term and long?term goals of the identity and facility access control program, aligning with Division and Connectivity & Platforms HQ strategies.
Demonstrate regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance related to physical access and identity management. Ensure all access?related documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained according to policy.
