Passenger Assist Agent

Location: Nashville International Airport (BNA)

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group is seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Passenger Assist Agents at Nashville International Airport (BNA). This role is responsible for providing wheelchair and ADA assistance to passengers throughout the airport, ensuring a safe, efficient, and positive travel experience. Passenger Assist Agents support individuals with mobility needs by escorting them to gates, baggage claim, curbside areas, and other designated airport locations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment while following assigned zones and shift instructions. Agents must adhere to ADA compliance standards, airport safety regulations, and company policies at all times. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential. The role requires prolonged standing and walking, as well as the physical ability to push wheelchairs safely for extended periods during the shift. Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on operational needs.

All candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a TSA security badge, which requires successfully passing a background check and meeting all airport security requirements. Consistent attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct are required for continued employment.
