Take the lead on the airfield. Flightline Support Group is seeking a high-energy, safety-focused Airfield Supervisor to join our Newark overnight operations. We need a leader who is ready to manage crew performance, ensure rigorous safety standards, and maintain the quality of our aircraft seat maintenance services.

  • Pay: $24.25/hr. (Weekly Pay – every Friday!)
  • Status: Full-Time, Hourly (Includes weekends & holidays)

  • Core Supervisor Responsibilities
    • Crew Leadership: Guide production and performance; coordinate daily activities and train/coach new employees.
    • Compliance: Observe work procedures and inspect completed tasks to ensure strict adherence to quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
    • Hands-on Service: This is a labor-intensive leadership role. You will lead by example, assisting in the manual replacement and deep cleaning of aircraft seat covers (leather and fabric).
    • Reporting: Complete daily shift reports documenting work, accidents, or incidents.
  • Required Qualifications
    • Direct Experience: Minimum one (1) full year of airfield ramp supervisory experience in ground handling or cabin cleaning.
    • Driving: Valid driver's license (1+ year) with a clear record and previous airfield driving experience.
    • Security: Must be able to attain and maintain an Airport Security Badge (SIDA).
    • Physical Ability: Must be capable of repetitive upper-body movement while pulling/lifting up to 50 lbs.
