We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Assistant to join our team in the Miami area. The ideal candidate will support daily security operations by monitoring access, assisting employees and visitors, maintaining a safe environment, and reporting incidents when necessary. This position is ideal for someone who is attentive, customer-service oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control building access for employees, visitors, and vendors
  • Conduct routine patrols of the facility and surrounding areas
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident reports
  • Respond promptly to security concerns, alarms, or emergencies
  • Assist with enforcing company safety and security procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding incidents or concerns
  • Support general facility security operations as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous security, customer service, or related experience preferred
