Job Overview  

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior leadership. This is a full-time onsite role with business casual dress code and standard office hours (8:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM). The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities  
  • Provide secretarial assistance to Chiefs/Executives
  • Manage and schedule calendars for meetings and events
  • Answer telephones and take messages
  • Handle filing, scanning, printing, and faxing
  • Prepare agendas and complete meeting minutes
  • Prepare reports via Microsoft Excel and/or Word for submission to Directors/Chiefs
  • Review, route, and sort incoming correspondence
  • Track staff time-off requests
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information and files
Required Skills  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite โ€” Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook 365
  • Strong calendar and scheduling management
