Data Entry Clerk Location: Valencia, CA (100% Onsite, Mon–Fri) Compensation: $25-$26/hr Employment Type: Temp, potentially temp to hire Overview We are partnering with a well-known national CPG brand in Valencia to place a Data Entry Clerk on their operations and purchasing support team. This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives on high-volume data entry work and wants to grow within a recognizable consumer brand. This is a temp, potentially temp-to-hire opportunity paying $25-$26/hr Key Responsibilities Process and track high volumes of purchase orders daily across multiple product lines Update Sales, Inventory, and Packout reports for suppliers on a weekly basis Track inbound arrivals for East and West Coast shipments Maintain and reconcile inventory across third party warehouse locations, checking for aged inventory Coordinate packaging needs and ensure adequate supply is on hand for active programs Send daily load sheets to warehouse locations after orders are allocated Ensure all purchase orders and packing lists are sent to cold storage locations prior to arrival Manage pallet orders and update order files to support ongoing fulfillment operations Update bagging reports for East and West Coast to support settlement reconciliation Provide cross-functional support to export sales teams during seasonal downtime periods Ideal Candidate Comfortable performing high-volume, repetitive data entry and computer work throughout the day Detail-oriented with a strong track record of accuracy in a fast-paced environment Familiar with purchase order processing and able to speak to daily PO volume in previous roles Proficient in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and reporting Background in manufacturing, CPG, retail, or distribution and logistics preferred Requirements 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry, purchasing support, operations, or a related administrative role Strong Excel skills required Experience with any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Must be able to commute to Valencia, CA five days per week Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
