As a Paid Search Strategist you will drive efficient, profitable client growth across Paid Search and Shopping by designing and optimizing full-funnel programs that reduce waste and scale impact. You'll apply a rigorous measurement lens, leverage AI-enabled workflows, and use Tinuiti's Bliss Point platform to turn data into decisions that improve ROAS, revenue, and LTV. Key Responsibilities
Client-Centric
  • Designs strategies anchored to client P&L, market dynamics, and the customer journey; frames trade-offs and options.
  • Builds trusted relationships with client stakeholders; aligns multi-channel moments to brand and ecommerce outcomes.
  • Integrates search and shopping into broader growth plays; communicates in business terms.

Product-Led
  • Applies platform capabilities (e.g., Google/Microsoft Ads, SA360/Skai), feed management, and AI features responsibly to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Uses Bliss Point's cross-channel and single-channel views (MMM, Always-On Incrementality, Brand Equity, Creative Insights, Forecasting, Customer Insights) to inform optimization and growth hypotheses; contributes structured feedback to improve models and features.

Professional & Technical qualifications
  • Experience: 5-7 years managing Paid Search/Shopping at scale ($200k+/mo) with end-to-end ownership.
  • Platform fluency: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center; feed management (e.g., Feedonomics); competitive tooling (Auction Insights, Adalysis/Adthena/SpyFu) for strategy and positioning; campaign management (e.g., SA360, Skai); comfort with scripts/automation. Strong excel/google sheets/PPT/Google Slides skills.
  • Certifications: Google Search & Shopping (or completed in the first 60 days). Additional Google certifications are a plus.
  • Analytics: Advanced Excel/Sheets; strong experimentation and forecasting chops; ability to quantify financial impact.
  • Communication and collaboration: Senior stakeholder-ready storytelling; influence across functions; client-facing presence.
  • Mentorship: Experience coaching juniors/peers (non-manager).

KPIs
  • Efficient growth: Improve profitability and/or scale revenue while protecting efficiency KPIs.

The hiring salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 . We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
