Overview
As a Search Strategist at Razorfish, you will lead the development of innovative search strategies that deliver impactful results for our clients. Building on your experience as a Search Coordinator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-performing paid search campaigns. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about digital marketing who want to leverage advanced emerging technologies-particularly AI-and stay ahead of industry trends while mentoring colleagues and sharing valuable insights.
Responsibilities
• Develop Search Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive paid search strategies that align with client goals, continuously optimizing performance and ROI.
• Conduct Research: Perform in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation, utilizing AI tools and analytics to uncover new opportunities.
• Track Performance: Leverage advanced data analysis to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and refine strategies in real-time.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive execution of integrated campaigns.
• Test Management: Implement and manage alpha and beta tests for new features in paid search, monitoring industry trends and incorporating best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Knowledge Sharing: Actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives by documenting successful campaigns, use cases, and insights from webinars and industry conferences.
• Mentorship: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning within the department.

Qualifications

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
