We've grown quickly by becoming the end-to-end orchestration system for the fastest growing sales channel (B2B Cloud Marketplaces) leveraging AI and integrations with core systems. Today, we work with over 300 B2B customers, ranging from large enterprises like Snowflake and Intel to fast-growing startups like Glean and Vanta. 

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Intern (Contract) to support the execution and optimization of Suger's digital marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, managing the operational details behind campaigns, and helping a fast-moving marketing team execute effectively.

You'll work across designers, marketing operations, campaign execution, content and event coordination, data management, and other go-to-market initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with the team, take ownership of projects, and help improve the processes and workflows that support our marketing efforts.

Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Flexible, 20-40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $20 CAD/hour

In this role, you'll:
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations across online communities, forums, social media, and other relevant channels.
  • Publish posts, engage in relevant conversations, and write thoughtful comments across online communities and social platforms to increase Suger's visibility and engagement.
  • Support AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives by helping create, structure, publish, and optimize content for AI-powered search and answer engines.
  • Repurpose existing content across different channels and formats to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Help execute marketing campaigns and other day-to-day marketing initiatives.
  • Track content, community, and campaign performance and help identify opportunities to improve results.
  • Maintain marketing documentation, workflows, and processes to help the team operate efficiently and scale.
What You Have
  • Hands-on experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, content, community management, or a related area.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content and comments across different channels.
