Wing Assistant is one of the world's largest virtual talent companies. We are a venture-backed scaleup, based in Silicon Valley, but operate fully remote. Wing is scaling rapidly, and looking to build out a world-class marketing team. Our website is one of the highest-traffic virtual talent sites in the world. You will own how we show up online-building, optimizing, and scaling our web presence into a true growth engine. Your mission: ship high-performing pages, improve conversion rates, and make sure every visitor experience is fast, persuasive, and beautiful.

What you'll own
1) Website Development & Execution
- Build and maintain landing pages and core site experiences using WordPress and Elementor.
- Translate wireframes and Figma designs into fully functional pages; ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsiveness.
- Manage a rapid page-production system (50-200 new pages annually) across industries, use-cases, and offers.
- Partner with our Creative, Copy, and SEO teams to ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and performance integrity.

2) Conversion Optimization
- Own CRO testing pipeline-A/B test copy, layouts, CTAs, and offers to continuously measure and improve lead-to-deal conversion.
- Monitor site performance metrics (CPL, CVR, bounce, form drop-off) and proactively propose improvements.
- Implement and analyze experiments using GA4, Hotjar, and CRO tools such as VWO or Convert.com.

3) Analytics & Tagging
- Set up and maintain accurate event tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- QA all new pages for tag firing, conversion pixel accuracy, and UTM consistency.
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure clean data flows to CRM, data platforms and dashboards.

4) Design & User Experience
- Work directly in Figma to iterate on high-performing layouts.
- Optimize for clarity, visual appeal, and conversion. A deep knowledge of conversion, conversion rate optimization, and visual design patterns that lead to conversion is preferred.
- Maintain a scalable design system and "template library" for rapid deployment across campaigns.

Day-to-day responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch new landing pages and site sections in WordPress/Elementor.
- Run QA and monitoring on pages, forms, and events.
- Partner with the Performance Marketer to ensure ads and landing page alignment.
- Run and interpret CRO tests; report wins and next actions weekly.
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, SEO, and Ops to ship web updates faster and cleaner.

Requirements
- 4-7+ years owning web presences or CRO for a high-growth SaaS or services brand.
- Expert-level experience in WordPress (Elementor) and Figma. Strong visual design skills are preferred.
- Hands-on with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping tools.
- Demonstrated ability to improve key metrics through structured experimentation.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for light customization and troubleshooting.
- Eye for design - understands modern visual standards, typography, and responsive layouts.
- Self-sufficient, fast-moving, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end.

Nice to have
- Familiarity with programmatic page generation and SEO-oriented templates.
- Experience collaborating on ad creative or video storyboards.
- Working knowledge of Looker Studio, basic SQL, or Webflow.
- Deeper design skills.
- Other areas of marketing knowledge.
