Job description

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for inside sales lead generation, based in our Atlanta, GA Corporate HQ office. The SDR is tasked with sourcing sales leads that support and enhance MountainSeed’s businesses. The SDR will use multiple methods of sourcing and partnering with the various business development team members and leaders to accomplish broader goals.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO:

  • Make outbound calls to targeted/prospective customers to introduce products and services, explain product features, and schedule client meetings for Closers
  • Learn product offerings and articulate value proposition and prospect to win meetings
  • Use Salesforce CRM and Outreach software to manage, source and organize sales leads
  • Convince others to buy products and services or to otherwise change their minds or actions
  • Work with sales and marketing leaders to develop and refine outbound and inbound strategies
  • Customize email outreach to obtain meetings and ensure deal success

THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent information gathering and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Outreach and Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly gain knowledge of specified products and services to be sold
  • Ability to work in a result-oriented environment and meeting daily goals
  • An entrepreneurial mentality that enables the incumbent to recognize and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Must be comfortable with a rapidly changing workspace
  • Experience with Banking and/or Real Estate is a plus
