As a Showing Assistant, you will acquire hands-on experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. You'll collaborate directly with active buyers, witness successful deal closings firsthand, and leverage established systems, tools, and training designed to deliver exceptional outcomes.
This role is ideal for motivated, reliable, and coachable individuals eager to advance their real estate careers. Responsibilities
  • Complete onboarding and training through PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Partner with the lead agent to assist buyers throughout the home search process
  • Conduct showings and provide detailed feedback to help refine client needs and search criteria
  • Communicate regularly with clients who are under contract to provide updates and ensure a smooth experience
  • Support the offer process, including drafting and negotiating contracts under the direction of the lead agent
  • Attend home inspections, walkthroughs, and closings as needed to support clients and the team
  • Coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction to help keep deals on track and timelines met
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
  • Participate in weekly script practice and skill development sessions
  • Attend all required team meetings, trainings, and activities
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and ongoing professional development
  • Accurately track all tasks, communications, and activities within PLACE technology systems
