Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively respond to new leads and maintain consistent communication through phone calls, text messages, email, and CRM follow-up to build strong client relationships.
  • Conduct professional buyer consultations and listing appointments, providing expert guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Show properties, prepare and negotiate purchase agreements, and advocate for clients while managing expectations from contract to closing.
  • Deliver an exceptional "Beyond the Sale" client experience by providing personalized service, clear communication, and ongoing support throughout every transaction.
  • Partner closely with leadership, transaction coordination, lenders, and internal team members to ensure seamless transactions and outstanding client service.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, coaching sessions, role-play, and professional development opportunities to continuously strengthen knowledge and sales skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting, appointments, contracts, and production metrics within the CRM while consistently working toward individual and team performance goals.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and solutions-focused team environment by sharing best practices, supporting fellow agents, and contributing to the culture and success of the organization.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Hold an active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License or be actively completing the licensing process.
  • Demonstrate a coachable mindset with a willingness to learn, implement proven systems, accept feedback, and take consistent action.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong commitment to timely follow-up and exceptional client service.
  • Exhibit the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards when working with clients, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients and transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be proficient with CRM platforms, digital communication tools, and basic real estate technology, or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Maintain reliable transportation and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends,

  • 6–24 months of active sales experience or clear proof of hustle and consistency
  • Familiarity with scripts (buyer consults, listing consults, objections)
