Corporate office located in Middleburg, VA has a Commercial Real Estate Development and Leasing position open.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  1. Retail Development
  • Development or redevelopment of small retail properties:
  • Design
    • Work with civil engineers to develop site plans,
    • Work with architects to design buildings
  • Develop Budget
  • Permitting
    • Obtain entitlements and permitting as required,
    • Obtain site plan approval
  • Construction
    • Obtain General Contractor bids for projects,
    • Select General Contractor and negotiate construction contract,
    • Oversee construction process
  1. Leasing
  • All aspects of leasing for retail tenants:
  • Find quality tenants
  • Negotiate acceptable leases
  • Lease management
