This is a part-time (40 hours per two-week pay period) float pool position at all 5 Scripps locations with varied shifts, including rotating weekends.

Our Scripps System-wide Resource Services (SSRS) department supports the entire Scripps Health system.  As a member of the float team, you can fill vital roles on assignments throughout the system to provide critical coverage for employee's leave of absences, sick calls, and peak service demands while gaining experience in a variety of environments. Join our Scripps SSRS team as a Pharm Tech with the opportunity to learn from resources across all of our sites.

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • California Board of Pharmacy Certification

Preferred:

  •  Certification by National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board 
  • 1-year inpatient experience preferred or hospital externship
