Job Responsibilities:


The Culinary Kitchen Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the kitchen, focusing on culinary excellence, team leadership, and financial management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and educate all kitchen staff on company culture, operational standards, and culinary techniques. Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative team environment.
  • Cost Management: Oversee and manage food and labor costs to stay within budget. Implement cost-control measures through consistent team training and efficient operational practices.
  • Quality & Standards: Ensure all food is prepared according to proprietary recipes, served at the correct temperature, and meets our high standards for presentation and quality.
  • Inventory & Ordering: Manage efficient and accurate ordering processes to maintain optimal inventory levels of quality products.
  • Collaboration: Actively participate in weekly management meetings to align on operational goals and drive team success.
