  • 2+ years of Full Service Kitchen Management Experience
  • Polished / Upscale Casual Dining Experience strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in a from-scratch, culinary driven kitchen necessary
  • Experience developing culinary-focused local menu options
  • Ability to train, develop and motivate culinary team members
  • Experience managing food costs and menu ordering
