Responsibilities:

  • Excellent employment opportunity for a Medical Writer III in the Spring House, PA area.
  • Ensuring the highest level of technical accuracy for content developed in the area of immunology and immune monitoring biomarker techniques.
  • Working directly with scientists within Early Clinical Development and Translational Research to write clear and concise guidance documents that summarize immune phenotyping / immune monitoring procedures across different therapeutic areas.
  • Prepare, collate, review/edit clear and concise documents and technical reports that summarize scientific data.
  • Communicating with authors regarding scientific and technical content.
  • Attending internal team meetings.
  • Applying principles of good publication practices at all times.

Experience:

  • Excellent MS Office, oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with flow cytometry is a plus.
  • Experience in creating/editing work instructions/ and procedures; check for grammar, consistency, style, and clarity.
  • Ability to explain complex and technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactively communicate with cross-functional SMEs and clients to ensure accurate and timely sourcing of needed materials and data.
  • Managing multiple tasks and appropriately prioritizing assignments to meet project schedules.
  • Experience with drug development, scientific editing/writing or publications preferred.
  • Ability to work independently to resolve issues and inform manager of resolution.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and multitask.
