Warehouse Manager GxP / Pharma Operations
Location: Apex, NC (On-site)
Compensation: $110,000 $120,000 (Flexible Based on Experience)
Lead a High-Performance, GxP-Regulated Warehouse Operation
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced, regulated life sciences distribution environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance in a high-accountability setting.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep warehouse operations experience, strong knowledge of GxP/GMP environments, and proven success managing teams, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role requires a leader who drives results, builds strong teams, and maintains strict compliance while improving operational efficiency.
What Youll Do Day-to-Day
Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution
Manage and develop a high-performing warehouse team in a regulated environment
Oversee daily production planning to ensure accuracy, productivity, and quality targets are met
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and internal quality systems (QMS)
Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce all environmental, health, and safety standards
Manage deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs in partnership with Quality teams
Support regulatory audits, inspections, and compliance activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes and workflows
Utilize Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for performance tracking and operational analysis
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
Experience leading teams of 20+ in high-volume operational environments
Strong background in regulated industries (Pharma, Life Sciences, GxP/GMP strongly preferred)
Hands-on SAP experience required (inventory management, reporting, and operational execution)
Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse distribution practices
Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, quality-driven environments
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
CSCP, CPIM, Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar certifications
Experience with warehouse automation, robotics, or advanced material handling systems
Experience with WMS implementations or digital transformation projects
Strong background in operational scaling and process optimization
