By combining our scale, insights, and AI innovation, we're building the industry's first Predictive Revenue System, enabling humans and AI to work together to make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth.

With thousands of customers using our platforms every day, we have an unmatched view into how revenue is actually won - the Revenue Context that reveals what happens, when, and with what outcome. This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate.

Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue - and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Clari + Salesloft, our Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our high-performing Revenue Operations team, acting as the technical backbone that transforms marketing activity into high-value pipeline. By owning our marketing technology stack and contributing to our growing GTM Engineering function, you will directly enable market-facing teams to scale efficiently and bring science to the art of sales.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day marketing operations execution, system architecture, and advanced workflow automations. Specifically, you will:

  • Exemplify our results-focused value by acting as the primary administrator and architect for our Marketo instance, setting the quality bar for database hygiene, compliance, and scoring implementation.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain our lead routing graph using LeanData to ensure buyer signals and outcomes-driven prioritization keep our revenue teams acting fast on what matters most.
  • Build and scale robust automations across our stack using Tray.io to streamline our go-to-market motions and accelerate pipeline generation.
  • Safeguard integration health across our ecosystem, proactively troubleshooting errors and partnering with Business Systems to ensure seamless data flows.
  • Manage our marketing operations agency relationship, maximizing execution capacity by aligning on scope, throughput, and strict SLAs.
  • Lead critical operational cadences, including weekly KPI reporting, email send calendars, and comprehensive list import quality assurance.

In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our 'team over self' core value, you will also have the opportunity to architect an elite technical framework that drives our Revenue Orchestration Platform. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking an automation-minded, systems-focused technical practitioner who approaches marketing technology with the mindset of an engineer. You are someone who loves going hands-in-tool to solve architectural puzzles, has an instinct for where routing logic degrades, and wants to grow your career into a broader, high-impact go-to-market engineering scope.

If you're looking for an opportunity to learn more, do more, and become more, then becoming a Senior Marketing Operations Manager is the career path for you!

THE TEAM:

Our Salesloft's Revenue Operations team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming professionals who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

  • Vision: Fundamentally transform the way buyers and sellers drive repeatable outcomes
  • Mission: Bring science to the art of sales

The Revenue Operations team consists of collaborative, analytical, and highly technical systems thinkers who share a passion for scalable growth. The Lofters on our team share a few common traits: they are self-motivated, ambitious, prioritize collective success, and are passionate about evangelizing Salesloft's capabilities to build an AI-powered durable revenue engagement model.

THE SKILL SET:

  • Advanced technical proficiency as an administrator and architect within Marketo, with deep knowledge of smart campaign logic, database hygiene, and Salesforce synchronizations.
  • Strong capability in designing complex routing graphs, account-based logic, and inbound scheduling rules using LeanData.
  • Deep Salesforce fluency, comfortably working with campaign objects, lead/contact routing, and custom reporting.
  • Hands-on experience building workflow automations and integrations using iPaaS platforms (such as Tray.io or Workato) or custom scripts.
  • Proven experience managing multi-tool marketing ecosystems (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, or attribution/enrichment platforms) and maintaining integration health.
  • Collaborative mentality by prioritizing 'we' and not focusing on 'me' when partnering cross-functionally with Business Systems, Marketing, and Revenue leaders.
  • Superb written communication skills, with a track record of documenting complex system logic and explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing external vendor or agency relationships to drive throughput, quality control, and execution alignment.
