  • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting requests from Sales, Service, Sales Operations, and executive leadership.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of Sales and Service Power BI dashboards and related reporting tools.
  • Analyze data, identify trends or discrepancies, research questions, and summarize findings to support decision-making and operational visibility.
  • Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, recurring reporting calendars, and process notes to support consistency, accuracy, and continuity.

Coordinate Workflows, Projects & Audits
  • Coordinate Sales Operations workflows, project activities, timelines, action items, stakeholder follow-up, and status updates to help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage or support operational intake by helping route, track, prioritize, and follow up on requests through resolution.
  • Support calendar and process management for recurring Sales Operations activities, reporting cycles, meetings, deadlines, and operational routines.
  • Coordinate the annual licensing audit, including data collection, documentation, tracking, stakeholder follow-up, issue resolution, and completion support.
  • Provide budget coordination support by tracking budget-related requests, timelines, inputs, documentation, approvals, reporting needs, and follow-up items in partnership with Sales Operations leadership and internal business partners.

Provide Sales Operations Support & Documentation
  • Review, test, update, and maintain documentation related to Sales Operations processes, policies, procedures, workflows, training materials, and team resources.
  • Support communication coordination for Sales Operations updates, process changes, reminders, reporting timelines, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support training efforts related to Sales Operations systems, tools, processes, workflows, and reporting resources.
  • Assist leadership with case-specific or situation-specific Sales Operations needs, including research, documentation, process support, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Collaborate with team members and internal business partners to support continuous improvement, process clarity, and consistent service to Sales and Service teams.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, data science, operations, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, sales administration, sales operations, operations coordination, business support, finance support, or a related administrative/analytical role.

  • Experience coordinating workflows, projects, documentation, recurring processes, operational calendars, or cross-functional follow-up.
  • Ability to use discretion when working with sensitive, confidential, compensation-related, employee, or business information.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales Operations leadership, Sales and Service leaders, and internal business partners.

Preferred Experience
