Job Description Job Title: Full-Time Primary School Teaching Assistant Location: Sutton, UK About Us: Future Education is dedicated to shaping the future of education by providing innovative solutions and support to schools and educational institutions. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join a school as a Full-Time Primary School Teaching Assistant. Job Description: As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of young students.

Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson planning and preparation. Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help with their learning. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.

Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management strategies. Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and implementing individual education plans (IEPs). Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each student.

Requirements: Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is preferred but not essential. A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues. A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the classroom. A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in education.
