Position: School Business Administrator/Board Secretary
Benefits: Health, Prescription and Dental Benefits, Tenure eligible, Pension eligible
Appropriate NJ Certifications Required: School Business Administrator

Start Date: 07/01/2026
Salary Range: $190,000-$220,000 commensurate with experience

About the District: Located in Mercer County, just 10 minutes off exit 6 on 195; Robbinsville School District is comprised of three schools, Sharon Elementary School (Prek-4), Pond Road Middle School (Prek,5-8) and Robbinsville High School (9-12) totaling approximately 3,200 students. Robbinsville Public Schools seek to provide an outstanding educational program for students; one in which inquiry, discovery, and the love of learning are cultivated while students develop strong academic and interpersonal skills. About the position: The Robbinsville Board of Education is seeking a skilled School Business Administrator with a track record of success in finances and leadership. Candidates must be able to coordinate and implement all activities in the conduct of all board meetings, to plan, coordinate and supervise the business and financial transactions of the school district. 
Qualifications:
Successful experience as a School Business Administrator or Assistant School Business Administrator
Knowledge of facilities management, transportation processes, contract negotiations, school building
projects, and food service operations.
Track record of successful leadership working with an administrative team and a Board of Education





Expert knowledge of school purchasing practices, budget development, GAAP accounting, financial management software (Genesis preferred), and ASSA and CAFRA reporting
