Job Description

The Scheduling Coordinator is a member of our Home Office Team, tasked with scheduling clinical staff at our locations in Oklahoma, and Texas. This role will join the scheduling team to support assigned locations to ensure efficient treatment coverage, supervision, and adjustments to client and staff attendance. This opportunity is based at our home office in Flower Mound, TX

Summary & Expectations:

  • Utilizing scheduling software, properly align available providers with client schedules
  • Collaborate with clinic operations on daily adjustments
  • Assist treatment staff with updates to session information as necessary
  • Ensure scheduled sessions properly align with authorization and credentialing
  • Oversee supervision ratios on a weekly basis to ensure clinical quality metrics are met
  • Cross train on other regions to provide additional support as necessary
  • Meet weekly with the scheduling department and assigned clinics
  • Respond to clinic requests and inquiries, escalating as necessary
  • Passion for learning and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a continuous learning environment

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelorโ€™s Degree preferred
  • Prior experience with internal scheduling software and process
  • Ability to receive and deliver constructive feedback
  • Experience in health care, health insurance, and medical terminology preferred
  • Demonstration of professional behavior and strong interpersonal skills
  • Appropriate discretion to maintain confidentiality
  • Professionally skilled in verbal and written communications
