Your Opportunity:

We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support our operations team by managing technician schedules and ensuring efficient service routes. This role works closely with managers, technicians, and the sales team to coordinate appointments, optimize daily routes, and deliver a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is fast, proactive, and able to think critically in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. This position is in-person at our Tallahassee office.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians on the most efficient routes to maximize productivity and minimize drive time
  • Continuously review and adjust schedules to improve route efficiency and accommodate changes
  • Book, reschedule, and confirm customer appointments quickly and accurately
  • Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email regarding appointment details and updates
  • Coordinate closely with managers, technicians, and sales teams to align schedules and priorities
  • Handle high volumes of scheduling requests while maintaining organization and accuracy
  • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and resolve them in real time
  • Assist with day-to-day operational needs and support the team as needed
  • Ensure all scheduling information is accurately entered and updated in the system

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or scheduling experience required
  • Experience in dispatching, logistics, or route planning is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think critically and make quick decisions under pressure
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM or scheduling software strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of office tools (Google Suite: Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 50WPM and 90% accuracy. (A typing test will be conducted)
  • Ability to work a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
