What You'll Do
  • Coordinate clinical staff schedules to ensure seamless care across all clinical areas.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for time and attendance for our amazing caregiving team.
  • Greet visitors and handle incoming calls-often the first point of contact for families, residents, and healthcare professionals.
  • Play a key role in supporting resident care by keeping staffing efficient and communication clear.

Requirements
Mi Minimum Required Education: High school diploma
2. Minimum Required Experience: 2 years' experience as a receptionist or scheduler in a medical setting, in addition to 2 years' experience in secretarial or administrative assistant capacity, preferably in a health care facility
3. Minimum Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated talent for interacting with wide variety of people, particularly the elderly; ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities; excellent communication; Strong skills with Windows Products, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, etc)
