Dental Lyfe Studio – Your Dental Home is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Front-Office Dental Insurance & Scheduling Coordinator (with experience) to join our growing multi-specialty private practice in Norco, CA.
This position serves as a critical link between our patients, clinical team, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is experienced in dental insurance verification, scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient communication, with a strong understanding of how efficient scheduling and accurate insurance information contribute to exceptional patient care.
Our office utilizes CareStack as our practice management system and works closely with CareRevenue for revenue cycle management. Candidates with experience in CareStack, Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software are highly valued.
We are seeking someone who is organized, proactive, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced dental environment. This role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a growing private practice committed to Experience, Integrity, and Excellence.
Responsibilities

• Verify PPO and Medi-Cal insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient insurance information
• Prepare insurance estimates and explain benefits, limitations, and financial responsibilities to patients
• Schedule, confirm, and optimize doctor and hygiene schedules to maximize patient access and office efficiency
• Maintain short-call, unscheduled treatment, and reactivation lists to help fill schedule openings
• Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and patient inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Present treatment recommendations and assist patients with scheduling recommended care
• Coordinate referrals and follow up on pending treatment opportunities
• Support patient financing options including Cherry, Sunbit, CareCredit, and in-office membership plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication within CareStack
• Coordinate with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and management to ensure smooth patient flow
• Assist with insurance-related documentation, claim attachments, narratives, and requests as needed
• Support CareRevenue and management with insurance workflow follow-up when necessary
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and office protocols
Qualifications
• Minimum 1–2 years of dental front office experience preferred
• Experience with dental insurance verification, treatment estimates, and scheduling preferred
• Experience with CareStack, Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
