We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scanning Clerk to join our team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a rewarding career in the automotive industry. You'll gain valuable exposure to dealership operations while playing an important role in maintaining accurate records that support our Service and Parts Departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare paper documents for scanning by removing staples, repairing damaged pages, and organizing files.
  • Scan Service and Parts documents using high-speed scanning equipment.
  • Review scanned images to ensure they are clear, complete, legible, and properly indexed.
  • Verify the accuracy of scanned documents prior to filing and archiving.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic records in accordance with dealership procedures.
  • Prioritize daily scanning tasks to ensure documents are processed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of company records.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
