Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivatedDocument Specialistto join ourDigital Solutionsteam. In this role, you will be responsible for the high-quality conversion of physical records into digital assets, ensuring strict adherence to production schedules, and maintaining 100% accuracy in document indexing and tracking.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:

  • Execute Full-Cycle Document Conversion:Prep, sort, and scan hard-copy files into high-quality electronic images, ensuring all staples are removed and documents are reassembled and sequenced correctly after scanning.
  • Drive Quality and Data Integrity:Follow precise production procedures for document quality control and indexing, ensuring that all digital outputs meet Iron Mountain's rigorous standards.
  • Collaborate and Track Progress:Complete internal documentation and tracking logs to provide real-time updates on project status, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment to optimize workflow.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience:0-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment (we will train you for success!).
  • Technical Skills:Basic computer knowledge and the ability to quickly learn imaging software and high-capacity scanning hardware.
  • Core Competencies:Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates, and the flexibility to adapt to changing project durations and requirements.
  • Communication:Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English to ensure safety and operational compliance.

What We Offer

  • Salary:$18.00 Hourly.
  • Role Duration:The role istemp to hire, with potential for conversion to a full-time role with benefits after a performance review and project needs
  • Shift A ($18.00/hr):Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

  • Shift B ($18.00/hr):Mondays at 4:30 AM; Tuesday-Friday at 5:30 AM; plus every other Saturday at 6:00 AM

  • Shift C ($19.00/hr):11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, including Saturdays if needed

  • Location:1601 Leavenworth Street, Omaha, NE.
