Job description

Start your next chapter building high-impact scam prevention solutions at scale. You'll shape strategy, deliver measurable outcomes, and partner with experts across product, technology, and risk.

As a Vice President, Product Manager - Scam Prevention in Trust and Security you drive the end-to-end delivery of scam prevention capabilities, from discovery through launch and continuous iteration, with a focus on customer experience, operational readiness, and strong controls.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of scam prevention capabilities from discovery and requirements through pilot, launch, iteration, and scale, ensuring readiness across business, operations, and controls
  • Define product strategy and roadmap for scam prevention capabilities across key customer journeys, aligning to annual strategic priorities and capacity planning
  • Build customer experiences that balance protection and friction by incorporating risk signals and insights into decisioning while maintaining a strong customer experience
  • Partner across teams to enable intelligence and data sharing needed to prevent scams, including defining scope, operating model, governance, and controls
  • Establish measurement and reporting by defining success metrics and building feedback loops to continuously improve performance
  • Drive cross-functional execution with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Design, Data & Analytics, Fraud/Risk, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and governance forums
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5 years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a relevant domain
  • Knowledge of the product development lifecycle (discovery, requirements definition, delivery, launch, and data analytics)
  • Experience creating and maintaining delivery artifacts in Jira and Jira Align (for example, epics, stories, features, acceptance criteria, and dependencies)
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and structured problem solving, including framing ambiguous problems, identifying root causes, and evaluating tradeoffs
  • Executive storytelling and communication skills, including synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear narratives for senior leaders and governance forums
  • Data analysis and product analytics skills, including defining and interpreting performance metrics, building measurement plans, and using data to iterate on product experiences
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Track record of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization and drive execution across multiple teams and priorities
