Overview
Job Purpose
We're looking for a marketer who blends big-picture strategy and creative thinking to help tell powerful brand stories across the public company journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and brings strong client-facing communication skills, multi-channel marketing expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects end to end.
Responsibilities
  • Create marketing collateral and presentations that clearly articulate NYSE's unique value proposition
  • Pitch senior-level decision-makers on the benefits of an NYSE Listing to support new business growth
  • Develop, manage and execute large-scale marketing strategies and programs across NYSE's Capital Markets and Listings businesses
  • Help modernize NYSE's offerings and market presence by collaborating with partners across our ecosystem
  • Partner cross-functionally with Capital Markets and Listings, Events, Media, and Communications teams to plan and deliver high-quality partnerships aligned with business objectives
  • Work with leading global companies to elevate and amplify their high-profile marketing initiatives, including product launches, sponsorships and major company milestones

Knowledge and Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in integrated marketing at a media company, agency or in-house marketing team
  • Experience overseeing multi-platform marketing programs from concept through execution, with a strong emphasis on pitch and presentation development
  • Proven ability to communicate with decision-makers at all levels of an organization both internally and externally
  • Exceptional written, verbal and organizational skills
  • A track record of working independently and resourcefully within tight deadlines

Preferred Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva; working knowledge of Monday.com and Salesforce

New York Base Salary Range
The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $120,000 - 160,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
