Owned by two industry leaders with a strong focus on advancing rural and community healthcare, Xtensys is executing several major initiatives and scaling quickly. With a team of more than 500 professionals, we are building a people-centered culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking.

We are seeking an experienced Epic Hospital Billing SBO Analyst, to support our continued growth and commitment to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Why Join Us?
  • MissionDriven Work: You are the "bridge" ensuring technology serves health systems and their patients when they need it most.
  • Autonomy & Ownership: We trust you. You’ll lead projects, define success, and manage complexities with total support.
  • A Culture of Innovation: Have a fresh perspective? We want it. We encourage risktaking and continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Growth: We fuel your "restless curiosity" with opportunities to expand your skillset and mentor others.
  • The Role:

Your Mission: As the Epic Hospital Billing SBO Analyst, you will provide intermediate system-level support for multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools. This includes installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and ongoing support of these systems.

This role requires intermediate knowledge of systems analysis, along with a comprehensive understanding of project management concepts and methodologies. You will lead and actively participate in project planning sessions, establishing clear goals, milestones, and procedures, while managing projects of varying complexity. In close collaboration with project leaders, you will support key aspects of project planning to ensure timelines and deliverables are successfully met.

You will promote excellent customer service and leverage strong communication skills to support the success of all software applications. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional departments to promote, educate, and train on current applications, while working collaboratively with Xtensys staff, clinical and operational teams, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

    What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
  • Ownership & Initiative: You take ownership and run with it; proactively driving work forward, following through, and seeking opportunities to add value. You use sound judgment, stay solutionsoriented, and inspire others to stay focused on outcomes that matter.
  • Strong DecisionMaking: You’re confident navigating complexity—analyzing challenges, gathering insights, and making informed decisions, even with limited information. You anticipate risks, think ahead, and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
  • ResultsDriven Mindset: You set high standards and deliver. You prioritize effectively, overcome obstacles, and stay accountable to timelines, quality, and outcomes—while aligning your work to broader team and organizational goals.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: You thrive in dynamic environments, staying composed under pressure and flexible through change. You embrace new ways of working, help others navigate change, and continuously look for ways to improve.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: You challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the table. You’re comfortable taking smart risks, solving problems creatively, and driving meaningful improvements in processes and outcomes.
  • Project Management Expertise: You bring a strong foundation in project management—planning, prioritizing, and executing with precision. You manage multiple priorities, anticipate resource needs, track progress, and ensure successful delivery across projects of varying complexity.
  • Growth Mindset: You’re committed to continuous learning and development—seeking feedback, expanding your skillset, and sharing knowledge with others. You take initiative in your own growth while helping elevate the team.
  • MissionDriven: You embody and promote Xtensys’ vision and values, bringing energy and purpose to your work while aligning your contributions to our broader mission.
