An industry-leading manufacturer in the wood products industry is seeking a Sawmill Supervisor who will play a crucial role in driving operational success.
This role is a night‑shift position running Sunday through Thursday, with the possibility of occasional weekend shifts when needed.
- Lead a team to achieve and surpass KPIs in safety, quality, cost control and delivery
- Ensure timely implementation of key corporate and operational initiatives
- Maintain and monitor production goals
- Must has 3-5 years for supervisory experience in an industrial environment
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be a self starter and a leader
