We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, technical business environment. This is an on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced CSR who enjoys problem-solving, learning technical systems, and delivering high-quality customer support.

This role is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical or B2B setting, who are strong communicators and quick learners.

What You’ll Do

  • Support customers via phone and email in a high-volume environment
  • Troubleshoot customer questions using strong critical-thinking skills
  • Prepare accurate quotes, orders, and documentation
  • Clearly explain technical processes and requirements to customers
  • Take detailed notes and document all interactions in an internal CRM
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
