Join Our Team as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate!

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to support and oversee daily shipping and receiving operations. In this role, you will help ensure the efficient movement of packaging supplies, ingredients, and finished products between warehouse locations and external facilities while maintaining quality, safety, and operational excellence.

A Day in the Life | Responsibilities We Trust You With

  • Supervise daily shipping and receiving activities.
  • Coordinate trucks, shipping documentation, and warehouse personnel.
  • Ensure production requirements for supplies, packaging materials, and ingredients are met.
  • Support process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
  • Serve as a backup to the Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
  • Communicate production, inventory, and documentation updates to shift supervisors.
  • Facilitate smooth and effective shift handoffs.
  • Keep management informed of operational issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Coordinate transportation to ensure the timely shipment of finished products.
  • Manage container inventory levels based on production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow and promote Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Enforce safety policies and promptly address unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Must Have | Education & Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.

What You Need to Be Good At | Skills & Competencies

  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to understand operational challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
