• Familiar with ITIL processes like Incident, Change , Problem management
• Proficiency in SAS administration on [Linux/Windows] platforms.
• bility to query and analyze data from relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Greenplum, Cloudera/DataLake, DB2).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation and integration tasks.

Data Management and Querying:
