Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Senior Web Analyst Manager to join their Digital Experience group. This role involves managing a team of analysts to enhance B2B and B2C offerings through data-driven insights and strategic digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Manages all aspects of digital analytics and visualization tools (Adobe, ComScore, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, APT, etc.) used to analyze sales trends, customer journey, category performance, segmentation analyses, click path analyses, customer analyses, online marketing analyses, and a variety of tests
• Manages team to ensure proper tracking, tagging requirement, and reporting of digital data in alignment with global company tagging standards and policies.
• SME for digital marketing reporting including SEO, SEM, social, email, etc.
• Leverage multiple technologies and data sources to deliver cohesive insights to cross-functional partners (Merchandising, Marketing, and Digital Product Owners) on campaign analytics, marketing mix modeling, multitouch attribution and deep-dives to uncover high-impact opportunities.
• Manages site usability along with engagement of digital marketing campaigns, and present actionable insights and recommendations based on data results and best practices
• Translate complex questions into clear and actionable analysis plans for the team
• Ability to anticipate stakeholders' needs and recognize the opportunity to provide proactive insights to build tight thought partnership.
• Presentation of findings, including recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership
• Conducts financial analysis of all aspects of the E-Commerce business, including B2B and B2C.
• Measures performance of new functionality after release.
• Plans and forecasts sales and online site promotions
• Designs and implements process and operational policies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5-7 years of analytical experience minimum
• High level of experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including: Natural and Paid Search, Email, Affiliate, Display and Social
• SQL experience using tools such as SAS, Google BigQuery, etc.
• Adobe Analytics and/or CJA experience.
• AEM and CDP experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Advanced skills in MS Excel
• Knowledge of third-party marketing and advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, GA4, GTM, Launch)
• Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation solutions
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, web analytics, and statistics.
