Job description

ADP ESI Migration Factory is hiring a Senior SAP Migration Consultant.
This position is part of the GlobalView to RISE program. ADP GlobalView, a global solution built on the SAP platform servicing millions of employees across forty-four countries, is undergoing a major upgrade to SAP RISE / S/4HANA technology. The ADP ESI Migration Factory team plays a crucial role in preparing, validating, and executing key steps within this transformation.
We are seeking experienced SAP HCM Application Support Consultants to join our team in support of the largest-ever SAP-based Payroll migration to SAP RISE. This role will operate in a Tier 3 / L3 support capacity, providing hands-on configuration and advanced troubleshooting within SAP HCM.
While experience with ECC6 to S/4HANA migrations is highly valued, strong SAP HCM production / application support and configuration experience is most critical. Targeted onboarding will be provided to support integration into the GlobalView ecosystem.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
  • Perform hands-on SAP HCM configuration and support activities within a Tier 3 / L3 production environment.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex SAP HCM issues, including Payroll-related defects when applicable.
  • Execute repetitive migration and validation tasks across multiple client environments, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and occasionally engage with clients to confirm task completion, clarify requirements, and support issue resolution.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migration activities, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM (Payroll experience preferred).
  • Hands-on configuration experience within SAP HCM (SPRO/customizing).
  • Experience providing Tier 3 / L3 production support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Experience working in SAP ECC6 environments; exposure to S/4HANA or migration projects is a plus.
  • Basic orientation in ABAP to support initial analysis of issues and identify configuration vs. development-related defects.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems while collaborating across teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and detail.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting or participating in ECC6 to S/4HANA migrations.
  • Experience working in multi-country or global payroll environments.
  • Passionate about building a long-term career within SAP Consultancy.
