Job description


We are seeking an expert-level SAP resource (Level 7) with a deep understanding of cost flow and regulatory design for a client in the utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing and building cost flows for regulated utilities, demonstrating proficiency in cost center accounting, internal orders, and allocations. They must also have a strong grasp of FERC regulations and how to integrate them within an SAP system. The role requires a seasoned professional who can lead client discussions on this specialized topic and has a proven track record of at least two full life cycle implementations in this area. A candidate with experience in Project Systems and its integration with Powerplant will be highly valued.
Key Skills:
  • SAP Cost Flow design for Utilities (at least 2 full life cycle implementations)
  • Knowledge of FERC and how it works in an SAP system (at least 2 full life cycle implementations)
  • Experience with cost center accounting, internal orders, and allocations
  • Expertise in integration with other SAP modules, particularly Project Systems and General Ledger
  • Utilities industry experience

Nice-to-Have:
  • Knowledge of Project Systems and integration with Powerplant
